Terms & Conditions
Koité Rewards is a loyalty program operated by KG Holdings. By joining, you agree to these terms.
Earning Points: Members earn 10 base points per $1 spent on qualifying orders (before tax). Points multipliers apply based on tier status. Points are awarded after payment is confirmed.
Tiers: Bronze (0 pts), Silver (2,500 pts), Gold (7,500 pts), VIP (15,000 pts). Tier status is based on total lifetime points earned and cannot decrease.
Redemptions: Rewards are redeemable at any Koité Grill location for pickup orders. Redemption codes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. One reward per order per visit.
Free Fataya Signup Bonus: Available to new rewards members only. Redeemable within 30 days of sign-up at either location.
Free Bissap: Members receive a complimentary 16oz Bissap (Hibiscus) drink with every qualifying order of $15 or more.
Birthday Treats: Members with a birthday on file will receive a special reward during their birthday month. Must be redeemed within the birthday month.
General: Points have no cash value. Koité Grill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with 30 days notice. Abuse or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.
