Always CertifiedAll our meats are halal-certified and sourced from trusted suppliers. Quality and faith go hand in hand.
Wood-Fired
Charcoal GrilledWe grill over real charcoal — the way it's been done in Dakar for generations. No shortcuts, no gas grills.
From Dakar to Your Door
From a halal butcher shop in Langley Park to Maryland's favorite Senegalese restaurant — the Koité family has been sharing the flavors of Dakar since 2012.
What started as Star Halal, a small shop where the community gathered for quality meats, grew into Koité Grill — a place where every plate carries the spirit of Teranga, Senegalese hospitality.
