Yes! We have dedicated pans and utensils for vegetarian dishes. Our vegetable dishes are never cooked with meat products.
Can you make dishes vegan that aren't listed as vegan?
Absolutely! Many of our vegetarian dishes can be made vegan by omitting butter or dairy. Just let us know when ordering.
Do you use meat-based broths in vegetarian dishes?
Never! Our vegetarian dishes use vegetable broth only. We're very conscious about keeping plant-based dishes truly plant-based.
Are your fried items vegan?
Our plantains and akara fritters are fried in vegetable oil in a dedicated fryer, making them 100% vegan-friendly.
